Tomas Casas specialises in three areas: Finance, International Management, and Political Science. He speaks English, Spanish, German, Japanese, and Chinese. Casas completed his PhD at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) in 2005.
He began his career as a businessman. Now he is a business angel and deals mainly with issues related to strategy. Since 2006, Casas has worked as a professor at the University of St. Gallen, and partner with the Institute for Leadership and HR Management at the university.
His main teaching interests are Entrepreneurship and Corporate Governance. Dr. Casas has developed a course entitled “Doing Business in Asia” in which he focuses on Japan, India, and China. In addition to his position at the University of St. Gallen, Professor Casas regularly works with MBA and EMBA students, as well as with leaders of world-famous educational institutions such as Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and INSEAD.Since 2009, he has regularly taught in various programmes at the Fudan University School of Management.
In 2009, Casas received the Jonathan Welch Memorial Award for the Best Case in Accounting, Finance, and Economics awarded by the North American Case Research Association (NACRA) for his paper AMS China: Sell Now or Later.
Dr. Pierre Casse is a professor at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and a guest speaker at a number of universities in France, England, and the USA. Previously, he worked as a professor at IMD and held the Suez Chair of Leadership at Brussels School of Economics and Management. Dr. Casse is the Academic Dean Emeritus of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
His areas of expertise include Organizational Behaviour, Global Market and Cultural Differences, International Negotiations and Strategic Leadership. Professor Casse has published several books on these topics, and in 2016 Alpina Publisher released the first Russian translation of his book titled Success. Leader. Action.
Dr. Casse also works as an external consultant for a number of multinational companies. He is the CEO of Business Innovation Network and the President of the Private Foundation.
Moty Cristal is a professor at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, and a lecturer at Tel Aviv University and the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya (Israel).
He is also Research Fellow at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at IDC Herzliya, and runs international negotiation programmes at the International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), Harvard Law School, and MIT Institute for Data, Systems, and Society (IDSS).
Moty Cristal received his PhD from the London School of Economics. He is the founder of NEST Consulting Group and the CEO of Negotiation Strategies LTD—a company that conducts delicate negotiations, teaches crisis management, and provides consulting to corporate and government executives.
Barbara Igel is a professor at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, and a distinguished adjunct professor at the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok (Thailand).
She received her doctorate degree (Dr. rer pol) in Economics.at the Freie Universitat Berlin where she started her academic career in as Lecturer.
Barbara was visiting Professor at Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto university). She worked with Ecole Nationale d’Administration et Gestion (ENAG) and several other international university partners in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, India and Nepal.
Her consulting work includes services for IDA Washington and the Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan, the Thailand Science Park and the National Electronic and Computer Technology Engineering Center (NECTEC) among others.”
Her publications include over 50 international refereed journal articles and book chapters.
Tatiana is one of the most well-known Russian experts in the energy field – the author of many studies and a specialist of great reputation and world renown. She possesses over twenty years of experience in analyzing Russian and global energy markets, including production, transportation, demand, energy policy, pricing, taxation, and market restructuring.
Tatiana has worked in the Center for International Energy Markets Studies at the Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ERI RAS) since 2002, starting as a Research Fellow and rising to the position of Head of the Department for International Energy Markets Studies. Currently she commands a variety of prestigious roles, such as Head of the Research Division at the Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ERI RAS), Research Scholar at the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University (New York), and Senior Visiting Research Fellow of the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies (OIES).
She is a member of the Government Commission of the Russian Federation on the fuel and energy complex.
Tatiana Mitrova is a graduate of the Economics Department at Moscow State University, having earned a Ph.D. in Economics. In terms of academic appointments, she is an Assistant Professor at the Gubkin Oil and Gas University and a Visiting Professor at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po).
She is the author of more than 120 articles and studies in scientific and business journals on energy issues, as well as 4 monographs.

In 1990, Evgeny Plaksenkov graduated Cum Laude from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance in “Economic cybernetics”. He received his Executive MBA degree from Higher School of Economics, DBA degree from International School of Business of Financial University, and PhD degree (Doctor of Philosophy in Project and Programme Management) from SKEMA Business School (grande école, France). He also studied at EMLYON Business School (then known as ESC Lyon), SDA Bocconi University, and Henley Management College.
During 1990s he developed and executed over 20 projects of corporatization and privatization for Russian companies. Evgeny worked as the director of corporate education programs at IMISP (International Management Institute of St. Petersburg); HR Director at OTIS (Eastern Europe, Russia); CFO and CEO of MIEL-Group. From 2004 till present, Evgeny Plaksenkov serves as an Independent Director on Board of Directors of several Russian and international companies.
Dr. Plaksenkov joined SKOLKOVO team as a professor in June 2009.
Evgeny was included in top 50 Independent Directors by the Association of Independent Directors of Russia. He was nominated for «Aristos-2008» award in CFO category. Elizabeth Sadova is a SKOLKOVO Associate Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. Her areas of expertise include Leadership, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Performance and Talent Management. Sadova has created several multi-module programmes on leadership for HR directors and executives of Russian and multinational companies.
Sadova combines her professional management and international experience with her expertise in business education. She worked over 10 years for CBSD/Thunderbird. Among her clients were such companies as Boeing, Caterpillar, Coca-Cola, Danone, ExxonMobil, TNK-BP, Hewlett Packard, Unilever, Сorning, and others.
Since 2007, Sadova has been Academic Director of SKOLKOVO Executive Education Department. In this capacity, she has worked with such companies as Federal Grid Company, Gradient, Ratiopharm, Evraz Group, and others.
Sadova also has many years of experience as an individual coach, working with senior executives of several international and Russian companies in improving cross-cultural communications, understanding the Russian business model, forming an executive team, and managing conflict and relationships. Among her clients are American Express, Corning, International Enterprise Singapore, ArcelorMittal, Renaissance Insurance, and Kaspersky Laboratories.
In addition to her pedagogical education, she went through the international educational programme for universities and business schools at SDA Bocconi (Italy), holds MBTI certification from OPP Oxford (UK), and is certified in organizational management through the University of California, Riverside (USA) and in leadership programmes through IMD (Switzerland) and Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA).

Andrey Shapenko’s key areas of expertise are Leadership, Organisational Behaviour, and Cross-Cultural Communication. He is engaged in research and teaching and serves as an Academic Director of SKOLKOVO MBA. Shapenko co-authored programmes reStart and LIFT (SKOLKOVO-IMD) and teaches at many other executive education programmes at SKOLKOVO and other schools. He is a certified executive coach.
Shapenko was a winner of the 2016 EFMD Case Writing Competition and a finalist of the 2017 CEEMAN Case Writing Competition. Case studies on doing business in Russia written by him are taught as part of the MBA, Executive MBA, and open enrollment programmes at SKOLKOVO and other business schools. He writes influential opinion columns for leading Russian business media, and speaks at Russian and international conferences, including TEDx.
Before joining SKOLKOVO, Shapenko had worked at some of the largest oil and gas and chemical companies in Russia and abroad for more than 10 years, managing strategy development, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and change implementation projects.
Shapenko holds a PhD in Economics from the Gubkin Russian State Oil and Gas University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from IMD Business School (Lausanne, Switzerland). He is currently obtaining a doctorate degree at Cranfield University (UK).
Andrey Shcherbenok (PhD, St. Petersburg State University; PhD, University of California, Berkeley) was a Mellon postdoctoral fellow and lecturer at the Society of Fellows in the Humanities at Columbia University (2006-9) and Newton international research fellow of the British Academy (2009-11).
Since 2012 he is a professor of practice at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. At SKOLKOVO Business School, Andrey leads project work in integrated educational programs and works as an expert and leader in strategy sessions for top management of Russian universities, gives lectures on various aspects of university governance, does research into higher education and organizational theory. In 2017 Andrey he authored a MOOC “Universities: Transformational Governance”.
Since 2016 he is also a founding director of a multidisciplinary educational and research greenfield, School of Advanced Studies (SAS) at the University of Tyumen.

George Sifri is a project management professor and the main developer of project management courses for the programmes of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. As a teacher he has received the highest possible evaluations on his courses for corporate SKOLKOVO clients (Lukoil, Evraz, Novatek).
Dr. Sifri has been working extensively with Projects & Engineering College at BP since 2002. He has been the lead developer for their flagship courses “Project Management Essentials”, “Introduction to Project Management”, and “Project Management in Practice”. He is a subject matter reviewer for several of the other courses offered such as Managing Risks in Projects.
Dr. Sifri is one of three instructors that taught Projects and Engineering the BP way in Houston four times a year from 2006 till 2015.
He has more than 30 years of experience in managing projects. He has given numerous lectures and training courses for such companies as Motorola, HP, Dow Jones, BP, Lukoil, PKN Orlen, PeopleSoft, ABB, Eurotel, and Novartis.
Dr. Sifri is also the author of dozens of articles and white papers on project management.
Andrey Volkov holds a Doctor of Engineering Science degree. He was involved with the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO from its beginning, and was the first Dean of the School from 2006 till 2013.
He is one of the leading experts in Russian educational policies. While serving as an advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, he led a group of experts from the G8 countries on Russia’s educational initiatives.
Volkov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Engineering and Physics (MIFI) in 1984. Between 1984 and 1991, he worked as a research fellow at the Research Institute of Atomic Reactors. From 1991 to 2002, he was one of the founders and leaders of the Togliatti Academy of Management—an educational institution that is known for its innovative teaching approaches.
From 2002 to 2005, Volkov was Vice-Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), where he served as Director for Top Executive Personnel Training Programmes. His clientèle included some of the largest Russian companies, such as RAO UES of Russia and Sberbank, as well as the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the RF Ministry of Industry and Energy.
Since 2003, Volkov has served as President of the Russian Mountaineering Federation. He was awarded the title of International Master of Sport. He climbed Mt. Everest in 1992. Volkov was awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples in 1993, and the Medal of the Order for Merit to the Fatherland in 2006 for his work on Russia’s participation in the G8 Summit.
Marat Atnashev’s academic interests at the SKOLKOVO business school include project management, organizational development, Dutch disease problem, institutional model of economics and macroeconomic issues in countries with a dominance of the commodity sector.

Prior to joining the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, Belukhin was Client Director of Leadership Development Practice at Ward Howell, the head of a business line at Human Capital Solutions (exclusive partner of Mercer in Russia), and the HR Director at Sobinbank. Before that, he headed the T&D function at the Renaissance Capital Consumer Finance Group and worked as the Deputy Director of the MTS Corporate University.
Belukhin holds a Master's Degree in Sociology from the Moscow State Pedagogical University and is a graduate of the Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change programme at the INSEAD Business School.
In 2014, Pavel Bilenko accepted the offer to head the creation of an international company that manufactures pumps and pump-related equipment. He designed the company's business processes from scratch, built a team of 224 people at the plant, and expanded the production to an annual turnover of more than RUB 7 billion. From 2015–2016, Bilenko was the CEO of a high-tech machine-building plant. There he assembled and supervised a team that manufactured machine-building equipment. As a leader of the company’s team, he brought in technology from a leading European manufacturer, which allowed the company to make its own centrifugal pumps and pump-related equipment instead of importing them.
In 2014, Bilenko opened a Pre-School Supplementary Education Centre in Kaluga, whose team was named the best among two hundred similar centres in Russia in 2015. Children from more than one hundred families regularly attend the centre.
From 2007–2014, he rose from the position of Engineer to that of Department Head at a machine-building holding. Bilenko has managed large projects with a total turnover of more than RUB 15 billion. All projects were completed on time, financial targets were achieved, and quality indicators met customer requirements.
As a head of Industry 4.0 Educational Programmes, Pavel is organizing and leading educational sessions and modules for the major Russian companies and corporations: Russian Railway Corporation (RZD), United aircraft corporation, Sibur, Evraz, Rostech. At the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO Pavel taught at the educational programmes of monocities management teams development, MBA and EMBA programmes, Executive education programmes, digital transformation programmes and so on.
Pavel is the author of articles in professional journals: Oil and gas vertical, Petroleum, Oil Industry, Science Intensive Technologies and business portal FORBES. He is a developer of Organizational Digital Manufacturing Maturity Model (ODM3) which is methodology for the assessment company’s digital maturity.
Bilenko graduated with honours from Bauman Moscow State Technical University (Faculty of Engineering Technology), graduated with honours from the State University of the Ministry of Finance (Faculty of Finance and Credit), and completed the Executive MBA Programme at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
Evgeny Kaganer holds several academic degrees—a PhD from Louisiana State University, an MBA from Syracuse University, and an MD from Ural State Medical Academy. Currently, he is Full Professor at IESE Business School, teaching MBA and executive courses in Digital Business, IT Strategy, and Dynamic Organisation, and also serves as Academic Director for Learning Innovation.
Before his academic career, Kaganer worked for a large financial company in Russia. Now he is more focused on teaching and research, and studies the changes in business models of organisations related to the introduction of IT. Kaganer’s articles are published in a number of academic and business journals such as MIT Sloan Management Review, Communications of the Association for Computing Machinery, and Journal of the Association for Information Systems.
Kaganer serves as an external consultant for many companies around the world, including HP, Oracle, Carlsberg, and Desigual.
Alexey Kalinin joined SKOLKOVO Institute for Emerging Markets Studies in 2013. He leads research in geoeconomics of the emerging markets, global strategies, sustainable development, digital, and innovation. His previous experience includes running industrial consulting practice at the Institute for Complex Strategic Studies for four years in parallel with teaching strategy in Lomonosov Moscow State University Business School. Alexey also has over 15 years of industrial experience in strategy and international business in Russian energy, engineering, and ICT sectors. Alexey holds Oxford Diploma in Global Business, MBA, and MSc in Engineering.

Alexander has a wide practical work experience as manager by risk assessment of the largest Russian airline firms, as consultant in the banking sector, as manager and partner in international and Russian consulting groups in the business education sphere.
Vadim Makhov gained extensive practical experience working at Severstal from February 1994 to June 2009, where he began his career as Deputy Head of the Economic Research Laboratory and rose to the position of Chairman of the Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors.
Working as Deputy General Director for Strategy and Business Development of Severstal from 2002 to 2008, he was engaged in the development and implementation of the company’s strategy, the development and promotion of its new business lines, and the initiation of many projects, including the creation and development of Severstal Corporate University.
In 2004–2007, Makhov was in charge of restructuring the company’s assets in the USA and Western Europe. From 2008 to June 2009, he was Chairman of the Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors at Severstal.
In June 2011, Makhov was appointed General Director of United Heavy Machinery Plants (OMZ Group), and he held this position until mid-2016.
Under his leadership, a number of effective transformations were completed in metallurgy, machine building, and consumer goods production. He had an active role in many unique, innovative projects implemented by different Russian and foreign companies, and contributed to the development of many new products.
Makhov founded and headed Bard Worldwide, a private equity fund that invests in developing cutting-edge technologies. Makhov graduated with honours from the S. Ordzhonikidze State Academy of Management, where he defended his thesis in Economics. In 2000, he received an MBA from Newcastle Business School at Northumbria University (UK).

Since 2007, Preobrazhensky has been a Visiting Professor at NES, teaching “Economic Dimensions of Strategy” and “Strategic Thinking for Financial Professionals”. From 2012 to 2014, Preobrazhensky was Head of Research at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.

Andrei Sharonov joined the SKOLKOVO team in September 2013. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Mayor in the Moscow Government for economic policy. In 2013 was appointed Dean of SKOLKOVO Business School and in September 2016 he was elected President of the Business School.
He graduated from Ufa State Aviation Technical University and the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation; holds a Ph.D. in sociological science.
From 1989-1991 Mr. Sharonov was People’s Deputy of the USSR, and until 1996 was Chairman of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Youth Affairs.
Between 1996 and 2007 he served in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation as department head, deputy minister and state secretary.
From 2007 through 2010 Mr. Sharonov was managing director and chairman of the Board of Directors of Troika Dialog Investment Company, and headed the investment banking business. Andrei is a Chairman of the Board of NefteTransService LLC, member of the Management Board of such companies as PAO Sofkomflot, OAO NOVATEK, PAO PhosAgro, member of Supervisory Council of PAO VTB Bank.
By directive of the Moscow Mayor dated 22 December 2010, Mr. Sharonov was appointed Deputy Mayor in the Moscow Government for Economic Policy overseeing budgeting, state procurements, industry and policy in support of entrepreneurship, regulating the trade and services market. He was chairman of the Regional Energy Commission.
Mr. Sharonov is a deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Moscow Urban Forum.
Mr. Sharonov was awarded the Aristos prize for “Independent Director” in 2009, the national award “Director of the Year – 2009” for “Independent Director” and the international award “Person of the Year – 2012” for “Business Reputation”. He also received special award for personal contribution to the development of corporate management in 2016 from the Independent Directors Association and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Mr. Sharonov was awarded the Order of Honour and is an Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation.

Then, he was Partner and General Director of the Russian office of Oliver Wyman consulting company until 2013. In 2013–2014, he transformed NEO Centre Consulting Group.
As Senior Partner and a practising consultant, he participated in many projects related to transforming enterprises and financial institutions, increasing business performance and labour efficiency, managing risk, and evaluating the viability of new business ideas and the entry into new markets.
He graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1993. Shishakov received the qualification of Economist and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Moscow International Business School (MIRBIS). He completed a training course in the International Compliance Expert programme at the Manchester Business School in 2010.
He has been conducting executive training and seminars on risk management, strategies, and corporate transformations for major companies (Gazprom, Lukoil, SUEK, Wimm-Bill-Dann, Novatek, Sukhoy, Transneft, etc.) since 2004.

Dr. Mike Szymanski is Assistant Professor of Strategy Skolkovo Moscow School of Management. He joined the School in 2020. Mike received his Ph.D. in international management and organization from University of Victoria (Canada). His research is at the confluence of international business, global leadership, and human resource management. He is currently heading a study on the role of linguistic diversity and boundary spanners in multicultural teams in MNCs in Latin America. Marina Veldanova - Director of educational projects, Associate Professor of Business Practice, Coach of SKOLKOVO Executive Coaching, Career and Development Centre Marina Veldanova has PhD in Medicine. She is the author of more than 60 scientific publications, the member of the Russian Association of pharmaceutical marketing, an active speaker at pharmaceutical conferences. Marina Veldanova graduated from Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University as a pediatrician. She also received a specialization in endocrinology.
She started her career as a marketer in Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH (Germany-Austria). Then she got her major diploma with honors in marketing at International Academy of marketing and management (MAARMAN). She also studied at Management Centre Europe (MCE) in Belgium.

Rob-Jan de Jong is an international speaker, writer and consultant on strategy and leadership themes. Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez is a leading global project management and strategy implementation specialist. Doctor Joe Pons lives in Barcelona Spain, where he founded and is currently President of AXIOMA Marketing Consultants. The firm specialises in strategic marketing projects, and also in training and upgrading the skills of executives that usually go hand in hand with actions implemented to meet customer expectations.
From 2012 to January 2014 Joe was a Visiting Professor at Babson College in Boston where he taught on MBA courses and executive programmes, and also developed new entrepreneurial marketing principles. Marc Sachon is a Professor in the Production, Technology and Operations Management Department. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management (MS&E) from Stanford University, an MBA from IESE, University of Navarra, and a Master's in Aerospace Technology from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. His main areas of interest are operations strategy, supply chain management and process improvement.
Professor Sachon is a member of the Executive Education Academic Committee, which monitors the academic integrity of all the IESE Executive Education programs. He is the academic director of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Munich. He teaches operations strategy, operations management and operational excellence in the IESE Executive Education and MBA programs. In addition to IESE, Professor Sachon has taught courses at other universities in Germany, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Iceland, Mexico, and Russia.

Derrald Stice teaches at HKUST in master’s programmes, MBA and Executive MBA programmes, and is a professor of Financial Accounting and Auditing at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. Dr. Stice has intensive working relationships with the CIS countries. He has lived in Ukraine and taught in Kazakhstan. He is a multiple winner of the Teaching Awards.
In addition to teaching, he serves as a financial adviser, and devotes most of his time to research. Dr. Stice specialises in accounting and its use in the capital market, as well as ways to prevent stagnation and crisis in business.

Olivier Tabatoni is Professor of Finance and Strategy at IAE Aix-en-Provence. He focuses on corporate and financial strategy. He is a teacher at the Oxford University Saïd Business School, Visiting Professor at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and the Haas Business School. Olivier teaches regularly at different universities and business schools in Europe (Oxford, WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management, HEC), and also at academic institutions in the Far East (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, ISB in India and Sasin Business School in Thailand).
Oliver has won numerous awards for excellence in the classroom and received the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Best Teacher Award for many years. He has a PhD in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Management. He is a fellow of the Ford Foundation and a European Foundation scholar.

Jack Wood is a professor at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and a practising psychotherapist. He served as a pilot in the US Air Force.

Denis Konanchuk has been managing consulting projects in the field of education at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO since 2010. Denis was involved in implementing a strategic programme for the Northern (Arctic) Federal University, Arkhangelsk city; the Concept and strategic programme for the Ural Federal University, Ekaterinburg city; and the Concept for the Russian International Olympic University, Sochi city.

Yury Krestinskiy is a Healthcare Management Centre Director at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. Yury started his first business in 1991 in the publishing industry. He came to work in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry in 1992 as the head of one of the first distribution companies in Russia.
In 1993 Mr. Krestinskiy founded the exiting to the present All-Russia weekly newspaper PharmVestnik (Pharmaceutical Review); he has been the Chairman of Editorial Board since the foundation date. In 1993-2003, a number of publishing, advertising, personnel recruitment, and analytical projects were initiated and implemented on the basis of PharmVestnik. These projects have been brought together as Bionika Group established under Mr. Krestinskiy’s leadership.
Boris Ostrovsky graduated from the Moscow Oil and Gas Institute in 1974 with a degree in Mining Geology and Geophysics.
In 1983, he defended his dissertation on Methods of Geological Exploration of Oil and Gas Fields in Western Siberia and earned a graduate degree. Till 1987, he worked at various enterprises of the Ministry of Geology of the USSR.
In 1987, Ostrovsky began working on moderating management games. He also worked with production groups such as Orenburgneft, Orenburggazprom, Tatneft, Severgazprom, and others, creating strategies, projects, and business development programmes.
From 1996, he worked in Remida Group consulting and auditing company as a consultant. In 2000, he accepted the position of Executive Director for Remida-Consult and became Head of Consulting Programmes with Remida-Audit.
Since 2004 he has served as Chairman of the Governing Board in the Corporate Innovations Cross Industry Committee.
In 2005-2006, he was a member of the Management Board of OAO Faberlic and was responsible for developing the company’s strategy and restructuring its management system.
At present, Ostrovsky is a member of the Governing Board in the Corporate Innovations Cross Industry Committee and President of TrIC, a game training corporation. He develops and conducts his own training courses and project strategy sessions based on state-of-the-art development technologies.
Since 2009, he has been cooperating with the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, where he is Head of Project Work for the Executive Education integrated corporate programmes. Ostrovsky works with Transneft, TNK-BP, Gazprom Neft, and others.
17 years of experience in conducting educational programs and consulting projects for 40 large companies and about 400 SMEs. The last five years, the main focus of attention is the development of small and medium-sized businesses, during this time 23 strategic sessions for owners and their top teams were held.
Since 2018 - Head of decision making practice (game mode) of the “Practicum Global Shift” of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, since 2017 - Director and Producer of the Program “Practicum: Board of Directors”, since 2014 – Head of project work in ”Practicum for Directors” program of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO (delivered 10 programs); from 2013 – Head of decision making practice (game mode) in Practicum for Directors program (delivered 13 programs), since 2011 - moderator of corporate programs of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO (held 16 programs).
Since 2004 - co-founder, and since 2008 – CEO of the “Think Laboratory”, which provides services of creation and delivery of business games, trainings, strategic sessions and consulting support.
Ahmad Rahnema conducts research on international financial relations, risk management, and means of payment. He works at IESE where he is Deputy Associated Dean for Faculty, Director of the Faculty of Financial Management, and holds the Chair for Energy and Social Development. He also lectures on a regular basis at universities in the USA, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, and other countries.
As an external expert, Rahnema has worked on several consulting projects for international companies.
Rahnema has published articles in scientific journals and magazines for a mainstream audience. He is the author of several books, including the recent Finanzas Internacionales (International Finance).
Jaume Ribera is a professor of Operations Management at IESE Business School (Spain), and holds the chair of logistics at CEIBS (China).
He regularly consults private and public companies on business process improvement, supply chain management, and project management. Ribera has managed health sector projects in the EU, Central and Eastern Europe, and South America with private, public, European Union and World Bank financing. Hereby I, hereinafter referred to as the «Subject of Personal Data», pursuant to the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ «On Personal Data» (as amended), freely, of my own accord and in my own interest, give my consent to the Moscow School Management «SKOLKOVO» (hereinafter referred to as the «School», legal address: 143025, Moscow region, Odintsovsky district, Skolkovo, Novaya Street, 100) to the processing of my personal data provided during the registration by filling out the web form on the School's website skolkovo.ru and its subdomains *. skolkovo.ru (hereinafter referred to as the «Website»), directed (filled) with the use of the Website.
